We ship from Denmark.

 

Delivery time - 

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Denmark: 2-4 business days

  • EU: 4-16 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping conditions

 

Shipping cost - 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Customs and import duties - 

For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with EU and Danish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive your order.

Return conditions - 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

You must return these item within 14 days after notifying us.e

 

Return cost -

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it is defective or incorrect.

 

Refund - 

We will refund your payment, excluding the delivery cost, within 14 days after receiving the returned item or documentation that it has been sent.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
