By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Products

All products are handmade ceramic items. Variations in color, shape, and surface are natural and part of the product’s character. These are not considered defects.

We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your device and screen settings.

3. Prices and Payment

We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers. Payment will only be charged once your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

pricing errors
stock issues
suspected fraud

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Denmark.

Estimated delivery times:

Denmark: 2-4 business days
EU: 4-16 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Customers outside the EU may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU and Danish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive your item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email before the deadline.

You must return the item within 14 days after notifying us.

Return conditions:

Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be securely packaged

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned item or proof of return.

7. Complaints

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in material and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Studio Nüwa within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two weeks is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint is void if the product is operated incorrectly or abnormally.

8. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

the product
the packaging

We will assess the case and offer a suitable solution.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including shipping disruptions or natural events.
